The verdict is in. Middle Temple works begin.

Shaca construction are thrilled to be working alongside Willmott Dixon Interiors on the transformation and refurbishment of this historic and grade II listed property in Holborn.

The building used by the Honourable Society of Middle Temple will be transformed into modern purpose designed accommodation for Barristers’ chambers.

We are working in phases to ensure as little disruption as possible. Starting with refurbishing 1-2 Garden Court.

Once that is complete, the final phase is the refurbishment of Blackstone House, which includes an extension to the 6th floor and work to the ground floor atrium.

We are currently at the beginning stages and look forward to seeing the finished project.

Shaca Construction are fired up about this exciting London project!

Westminster Fire Station redevelopment

Shaca Construction have been appointed to work with Paragon to refurbish the Grade II Listed former Westminster Fire Station at 4 Greycoat Place. The Fire Brigade Station was originally built in 1906, replacing a nearby station on Francis Street.

The site is being redeveloped with a restaurant and residential accommodation. The building will accommodate one and three bedroom units.

The Grade II listed building at the rear will be designed to minimize impact on neighbours and also accommodate residential units.

17 new apartments, commercial space, a basement and underpinning  the existing foundations will be included in this exciting project. There will be a newly landscaped courtyard implemented  as a shared amenity and bespoke apartments will consist of original characteristics. We can't wait to see this finished project in 2020.
