We performed structural alterations in reinforced concrete and grade two listed masonry, including designing and installing temporary works.
Our team skillfully matched the facing brickwork to the existing grade two masonry. Moreover, we relocated a 15-tonne grade one listed marble-clad staircase within the building. This process involved designing custom lifting equipment, installing propping, cutting, lifting, lowering the stair flights onto air skates, moving them to the new location, and lifting them into their final position.
