Shaca Construction have been busy assisting on a 225,000 square ft project in London to demolish a current property and redevelop it to a 7-storey commercial space. The space comprises of 17 residential apartments and retail space. The developer has yet to undertake a scheme like Stephenson House and this is their first project of this nature.
The project comes with some difficult challenges such as 5 party walls to be kept in agreement, building 3 new substations and the fact that the site is located adjacent to the HS2 Crossrail Link, this is a logistically challenging project. We are excited to see the finished project and proud to be part of it.
