Major structural alterations in central London with challenging logistics and confined working areas. The project involved the lowering of basement areas, introduction of de-watering systems, facade alterations, removal of load bearing internal walls and considerable structural steelworks. A feature of the scheme was the utilisation of 'Freyssinet Jacking' to pre-load the newly installed structural steelwork below 6 further storeys of live residential premises.
