The refurbishment and fitting out of an existing commercial building grade two listed building into high specification apartments overlooking Covent Garden. The location had challenging logistics in the heart of London, placed on a busy walk way and no access to the rear of the building. Following extensive structural remodelling and strengthening to existing timber frame with structural steelwork the historic building was given the strength and stability to carry the weight of the new apartments. The entire basement floor was broken out mechanically and drainage system installed to meet the new requirements. We also carried out the acoustic flooring to all living areas with a 6 layers system to all floor and ceilings.
