Our scope of works was undertaken in a grade two listed auditorium. Demolition of a four storey superstructure with a 22 tonne high reach excavator in close proximity to a live substation and retail units
We were responsible for both the piling around the external extension areas and underpinning within the existing auditorium, followed by the ground beams and RC slabs. On the upper floors we completed the metal decking, reinforcement and concrete works for the new suspended slabs.
