Demolition of a six storey cantilever staircase and the formation of new staircases using a stairmaster system. Installing a new duplex lift shaft and drainage scheme were also part of our works.
Shaca were responsible for undertaking the glazing white facing brickwork and blockwork throughout the building as well as the structural steelwork and timber floor infills to add a two storey extension to the building. The final elements of our structural alterations package included the intumescent painting to our new steelwork and the design and installation of all temporary works associated with our works.
